Our server is workin’ hard and doing its job well. I expect it’s getting filtered by a spam or junk filter upstream from your e-mail client. (This is still troubling for us but presumably solvable for you.)
If you’re using webmail, are you able to log in directly to the webmail client online and check those spam/junk folders?
